It all started in a Culver City backyard.

In early 2023, B. Diamand began his journey to becoming an apiarist. He drove up to the valley on the I-405 on weekends (no small feat!) to bee-school to learn about how to care for bees. He helped transform his backyard into a haven of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and water needed for their growth. And by spring of '23, the bees found their new home in Culver City, California. Through the summer of '23, the bees went to work. So did Ben! He helped take care of their hive, and on October 7th, 2023, C.C. Honey harvested the first jar of honey.
